Gasboy and Veeder-Root are pleased to announce the launch of our 2021 Sourcewell Contract.  Gasboy and Veeder-Root distributors can utilize our Sourcewell contract to accelerate your governmental customer sales by using this pre-approved public bid.

Contract Overview:

Bring value to your State, Local, Educational, and Non-Profit customers by encouraging them to utilize the Sourcewell public bid for their fuel system product purchase.  Sourcewell members save time and money by purchasing from ready-to-use competitively solicited contracts.

Product Discounts to Distributors: Please reference SP-5029C (Rev 2) in GOLD for both Sourcewell member and Distributor pricing. NOTE: MSRP pricing for Sourcewell members is NOT the same as the Gasboy GPL-5100Y LIST prices.  Please be sure to use the correct price book for quotes and your prices.

Sourcewell Member discounts have changed!  Pricing for members is also located in SP-5029C (Rev 2).  The new contract was negotiated to provide additional margin for our distributor partners.  If you need assistance, please contact your sales representatives.

Gasboy Products:

Submit orders on the Gilbarco Sales Portal and represent the customer for whom you are ordering using promo code SOURCEWELL2021.  If your customer is not setup, you can request setup HERE or open a pricing exception before submitting your order.  Contact customer service for assistance.  

Veeder-Root Products: 

Contact your Veeder-Root customer service team member for assistance.  End customer name, Sourcewell Member ID and address will need to be submitted with the order in order to receive SPR discount.

Save 10% to 20% off of DNET on your ENTIRE Gasboy order when bundling multiple product categories on the same order.  Orders must be placed by 06/04/21.

Terms and Conditions

Gasboy is announcing the end of life of the Keytrol System product line. The last date to order Keytrol systems is December 31, 2020. Lead time for orders placed before December 31, 2020 may be as long as16 weeks.

Gasboy will support the Keytrol system consistent with our distributor agreement (refer to SP-7030D) including spare Parts Support ending 12/31/2023.

The Gasboy Islander PRIME fuel management system and Atlas PRIME dispenser with integrated fuel management are the best alternative to the Keytrol system. For information on these products, please select the products link on Gasboy.com.

We have made two recent changes in the Sales Portal for Gasboy.  Please make sure both your Sales Reps and Purchasing Agents are aware of the new or modified items listed below:

EKOS or Fleet Head Office Software Orders:

We have streamlined our process for the end customer intake form.  There will no longer be a form to fill in and upload for these products.  Instead, when these products are chosen, a data entry area will appear for you to fill in.  Please input the end user contact information requested.  This will allow us to automatically send the customer the correct set-up form in order to start their software configuration scheduling.  

Gasboy Service Offering for Controllers:

Gasboy has made the Gasboy Service Offering, minimum of year 1, mandatory on purchases of Fleet Controllers such as Islander PRIME, Atlas PRIME, CFN PLUS, Fuel Truck Controller, or TopKat PLUS.

Now in the Sales Portal Configurator!

Gasboy has updated the Sales Portal to allow Distributors to order the below products directly in the Sales Portal:

• Astra Head- Remote Register Assembly
• Atlas- Bezel Retrofit Kits

Now you don't need to send a PO to your CSR and wait for the order to be placed for these parts.  Your purchasing agent can do it from the sales portal in the Gilbarco Extranet.

The order process for these starts the same as standard Atlas dispensers, so you can follow these quick steps:

1. Click on “configure quote” or “configure order” under the Atlas dispenser icon 
2. Open the Configurator by selecting “Configured Atlas Unit”
3. Choose the option you need for ordering

Atlas PRIME is Gasboy’s newest product that merges the latest in fuel control technology with trusted Gasboy Atlas dispensers.  With Atlas PRIME, each fueling position has its own integrated user interface for authorizing transactions and collecting driver and vehicle information.  Separate fuel control pedestals are not needed for Atlas PRIME dispensers simplifying installation and reducing the fuel island footprint.

The Atlas PRIME option is now released to the Sales Portal, and Gasboy Distributors can configure quotes and place orders directly for Atlas PRIME dispensers. 

The order process for Atlas PRIME dispensers starts the same as standard Atlas dispensers, so you can follow these quick steps:

1. Click on “configure quote” or “configure order” under the Atlas dispenser icon 
2. Open the Configurator by selecting “Configured Atlas Unit”
3. Choose a Gasboy electronic commercial dispenser with front nozzles from the drop-down selections and the Atlas PRIME options will appear
